Welcome to the Royal Burgh of Stirling The Royal Burgh of Stirling Pipe Band was established in 1977 and the band’s key focus is the commitment to young talent and promotion of piping in the Stirling area. The 2009 season is shaping up to be a challenging one for the band following our promotion to grade 3B last year and it’s one we’ll be ready for. The band is also introducing a grade 4B band to encourage and develop talent within the band’s learning structures.
